• Orders are shipped via Canada Post.
• Estimated delivery: 1–7 business days after fulfillment.
• Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD.
• Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used products are final sale.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Sale/final-sale items are not eligible for return.
• If an order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact contact@formu.ca with your order number and photos of the product/package.
• Contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
